The location and your holiday destination

The finca "Paraíso Monturrio" is situated near the idyllic and beautiful old town of Orotava. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the historic town centre. Thanks to the finca’s elevated position, slightly above Orotava, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the Puerto de la Cruz area from the sun terrace.
Shops for everyday needs, such as supermarkets, bakeries and chemists, as well as a wide range of restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk away.
La Orotava is one of the oldest towns in the Canary Islands and captivates visitors with its unique old architecture and historic townscape. The Orotava Valley offers one of the most fertile and beautiful landscapes in the whole of Tenerife and is a good starting point for exploring the island.
Tenerife South Airport is approximately 90 km from La Orotava and can be reached in about an hour’s drive.

The 1,000 m² finca plot is laid out as a green oasis. There are plenty of areas you can use as you wish. Lush greenery everywhere and plenty of fruit trees integrated into the landscape. Particularly noteworthy is the peace and tranquillity that envelops you, making your stay perfectly relaxing.
