For many years, I had worked hard at my company. Over the years, I hadn’t realised that I had become increasingly withdrawn and was living solely for the company. The children had grown up and I didn’t notice how I was becoming more and more isolated. During the day, I found it hard to concentrate. I felt empty and worn out.
I also suddenly became afraid that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with my commitments; I’d lost my self-confidence. Physically, I felt weaker and weaker. I deliberately sought out Paraíso Monturrio, and there I learnt completely new methods for dealing with my bouts of exhaustion. I have to say that over the last six months I haven’t experienced any of these symptoms of exhaustion, as I now know how to manage my energy and use it properly.
