We prepare our breakfast buffets fresh every day. High-quality ingredients from the island and exquisite imported produce come together to create a rich mix of Canarian delicacies, Spanish cuisine and the latest international culinary trends.
We love to experiment, reinterpret classics and simply work with whatever is to hand. On request, we can also prepare bespoke dinners. Join us to enjoy fish baked in a salt crust or Canarian beef fillet cooked on a ‘piedra caliente’ – a hot stone.
